Trademark Usage Guidelines

GENERAL TRADEMARK USAGE GUIDELINES

You may use a Duplicate File Finder .NET trademark or product name to refer specifically to such Duplicate File Finder .NET product in marketing and promotional materials, books, conferences, applications, demonstrations, and so on. You are permitted to use a Duplicate File Finder .NET trademark referentially provided that you adhere to the following:

  5. Your use may not directly or indirectly imply Duplicate File Finder .NET' sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement of your product or service.
  6. Your use may not be obscene or pornographic, and may not be disparaging, defamatory, or libelous to Duplicate File Finder .NET, any of its products, or any other person or entity.
  7. Always designate the trademark with the appropriate ™ or ® symbol. The first usage or most prominent usage of a Duplicate File Finder .NET product name must be used in conjunction with the Duplicate File Finder .NET™ trademark and in the same type size, font, color and line.
SPECIFIC TRADEMARK USAGE GUIDELINES
